Q. Is there a travel fee for Pamper Parties?

31- 45 miles: $20 Surcharge
Q. Is there a travel fee for Individual Treatment?

A. The first 20 miles are complimentary. All service request over 21 miles outside of our home base zip code (44113), the following surcharges apply: https://www,mapdevelopess,com/draw-Circle-tool.nho

21- 30 miles: $10 Surcharge
Q. Do I have to pay tax and tip?

A. 8% sales tax is charged for all services. Tips are accepted.

Q. Does the nail salon on wheels travel with passengers?

A. No, we come to your location of your choice, park on your driveway or street. Polished Lifestyle nail salon on wheels do not transport customers.

Q. I have a concern about the parking?

A. It is the responsibility of the party host to guarantee a legal parking spot for the mobile nail salon. We are legally permitted to park on any public street or metered parking spot, as well as on private property with signed permission by the property owner and/or manager. We will need a space at least 30 feet long, 15″ height and 20″ wide to accommodate.

Q. Is the nail salon on wheels wheelchair accessible?

A. Polished Lifestyle mobile nail salon on wheels is not wheel chair accessible at this time. However, we do provide services to individuals who are wheel chair bound.

Q. How far do you travel?

A. We currently service Northeast Ohio areas within 30 mile radius of our home base zip code 44113.

Q. Who will do my nails?

A. The owner of Polished Lifestyle Nail Salon is a advanced manicurist and a certified pedicurist. Together with her trained licensed staff they will ensure everyone has an amazing experience and great quality work.

Q. How many people can be seated in the nail salon on wheels?

A. Private Party: we can comfortably seat a group of 6 – 8 people at a time inside the mobile nail salon. 9 and more people are the hostess responsibility to accommodate seating until service can began.

Q. How do you perform pedicures on the truck?

A. Our pedicures are unique. We offer spa soak or spa water mist spray; just as effective and hot towel treatment. We value cleanliness first, and this is the most sanitary (and surprisingly pampering) way to offer pedicures. Client is provided optional spa pedicure but not during our winter season.

Q. How much space do I need to accommodate the mobile nail salon at our venue?

A. We request that all of our clients secure a parking space 30 feet in length, 15 feet in height, and 20 feet in width to accommodate our mobile nail salon.

Q. What's the truck's power source? Is it loud?

A. Our truck runs using a generator. When running, generator does make a noise similar to the sound of an engine.

Q. Can I request a full-set, fill-in or overlay on the mobile nail salon?

A. We specialize in natural & healthy nails. Please consider our Acrylic enhancement party package.

Q. Can my party group travel to you to avoid travel surcharges?

A. Reserving a public park within a 30 mile radius of our home base zip code 44113, would avoid the surcharges.

Q. How long party groups last?

A. We can perform a 30 minute quick and efficient service per guest. Our techniques keep guests enjoying the fun, energized and from feeling tiredness.

Q. My bridal party want acrylic services will you accommodate?

A. Yes, we will love too! Let’s discuss your special guest list and service requests via email or by call.

Q. Can I get a few girlfriends to come over my house and we all want acrylic enhancement will you travel to us?

A. No, please consider one of our manicure/pedicure party packages.

Q. What happens if the weather is bad on my party date?

A. The mobile nail salon is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightening, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. We’ll recommend rescheduling or full refund.

Q. How many workers will be present?

A. The owner, and when required additional trained or licensed staff may be present.

Q. What are COVID-19 era rules and regulations?

A. We are opening with private party services via limited seating!

  • Private groups are permitted to book nail care services inside the mobile nail salon on wheels. Our limit is 8 people inside at a time.
  • During pop-up events AKA walk-ins, customers will have to wait outside the truck until it’s time to begin requested services. Our receptionist will contact you when it’s your turn to come in.
  • The salon will use a touchless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of customers and employees each day. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4°F are recommended to be sent home, which is a CDC recommendation.
  • Masks are absolutely required and to be worn at all times. If you show up without one you will have to either leave or buy a disposable paper one from us for $2 or buy a custom mask from us which is cute and you’ll probably want to do that anyway. Manicurists will wear masks, too!
  • We are taking a break from being cash only because we respect your fears and will be accepting payments through our contactless sales system.
  • We will be sanitizing thoroughly between clients.
  • We love you and ask that you are patient with us as we open the 1st mobile nail salon in Northeast Ohio. We’re nervous, too! We promise we will do our best to make sure you’re not just as safe as possible but also comfortable and chill as possible.
